Soybean Materials

Originated from China and with more than 5000 years cultivation history, soybean is one of the main food crops in this ancient land.  With abundant high quality protein, unsaturated fatty acid, calcium and vitamin B family, soybean is the important source of high quality protein in Chinese diets.

Protein in soybean is about 35~40%, and amino acid composition is similar to the one in milk.   Soybean is also rich in lysine, which we can not find in cereals.  So it is pure natural green food and complementary with cereals.

Fat in soybean is about 15~20%. Thereinto, unsaturated fatty acid is about 85%, linoleic acid is more than 50%.  Soybean is easy to be digested and full of phospholipid.

Carbohydrate is about 25~30% in soybean and half of it is dietary fiber.

Soybean is full of microelements such as phosphorus, iron, and calcium.  It includes 571mg phosphorus, 11mg iron and 367mg calcium in 100g soybean.  Soybean is also abundant with vitamin B1 and B2, niacin, vitamin E and some carotine.
