     Nutrition of Black Bean

     Black Bean is one of the common food in daily life.  With the characteristic of mid-natured, sweet flavor, it is used for making body warm inside and relieving its internal heat, nourishing liver and kidney, enriching blood and improving eyesight, dehumidification diuresis.  It is better for human health, and assists in treating kidney and back pain, bloating and water retention, spontaneous sweating and night sweating, etc.

     Black Bean is a typical low-fat high protein food, with full of 18 amino acids, especially 8 ones for human essential. It also has 19 oleic acids, and its unsaturated fatty acid accounts for 80%, with very high absorptivity.  Furthermore, black bean is full of Vitamin E, anthocyanin, and isoflavone. 

    The microelements such as zinc, cuprum, magnesium, molybdenum, selenium, fluorine are very high in black bean.  These elements are good for delaying senility, and lowering blood viscosity.

     Function of Black Bean

     1.Prevention of arterial sclerosis

     The main part of fat in black bean is unsaturated fatty acid, which will promote cholesterol metabolism in blood.  Moreover, phytosterol in black bean will compete with steroids in other food to speed up assimilating, and accelerate elimination of steroids in faeces in order to avoid more cholesterol in human body.

     2.Anti-aging

     Vitamin E in black bean will be protective layer for preventing oxidization of human body.  Episperm of black bean will release red anthocyanin, which can eliminate free radical and boost energy in body.

     3.Preventing Osteoporosis
