Light Diet after Grain in Ear

Grain in Ear is the third solar terms in summer, which means midsummer has begun. Grain in Ear is the busiest time for farming in the whole year.  During this period, farmers will harvest wheats, broad beans, peas in time and store all of them into granaries.  At the same time, summar soybeans, peanuts will be planted in the early of middle of this month, and spring soybeans will be fertilized. 


From Grain in Ear, it begins to be hot, humid, and rainy, light diet such as vegetables, beans, and fruits are better for health and improve disease-resistant level.  Let’s find  some precautionary measures.  After profuse sweating, please do not drink lots of water or sweet water, instead juice or sugar-salt water is better, which will prevent from potassium lowered.  Supplement of potassium will be beneficial to potassium and sodium balance in human body.   Potassium can be from daily diet.  Food full of potassium includes buckwheat, corn, sweet potato, and soybean,etc.  Fruits includes banana.   Vegetables includes spinach, edible amaranth, caraway, cole, cabbage, celery, green Chinese onion, garlic sprout, lettuce, potato, Chinese yam, pea, and green soybean, etc.
